In the exercise of the powers conferred under Article 215 (1) of Law 20/2020, of December 31, which approves the Law on Credit Institutions and Financial Companies (LICSF), the Banco de Moçambique hereby makes it known that legal proceedings against the persons referred to in the public notice concerned are underway.
