Advisory Board
The Advisory Board constitutes an extended consultation body for the Board of Directors. The Board meets regularly once a year and extraordinarily whenever convened by the central bank's Governor, and its duties comprise:
- Advising on matters of interest to the Bank's activities and the national economy;
- Advising on matters regarding the Bank's organization and operations;
- Advising on matters expressly entrusted to the body by the Board of Directors;
- Taking stock of activities and plan future actions.
48th Advisory Board Meeting - "Challenges and Opportunities for Maximizing Mozambique's Tourism Potential: the Case of Inhambane Province
The Board of Directors of the Banco de Moçambique (BM) has decided to hold the 48th meeting of the Advisory Board between November 1 to 3 in Inhambane city.
The first two days of the event are reserved for presenting and evaluating internal matters of the BM and the third day for presenting and discussing the topic "Challenges and Opportunities for Maximizing Mozambique's Tourism Potential: the Case of Inhambane Province".
