The mining sector, underpinned by the production of liquefied natural gas (LNG), and the transport and communications sector were the greatest drivers of economic activity growth, given the change in the gross domestic product (GDP). Moreover, the positive growth in the agriculture sector is also prominent, despite the occurrence of extreme weather events.
