This Circular sets out the terms for the submission of information required for the compilation of statistics on payment means and instruments, channels for access to financial services, and securities. It also establishes a transitional period of 90 days for the parallel reporting of information, in compliance with both the previous framework and the new regime introduced, as provided for in Notice No. 05/GBM/2025, of 21 October.
